Friday, April 20, 2012 Please eat breakfast before arriving at Las Flores Students arrive at 6:15 a.m. Depart Las Flores Middle School early morning (7:00 a.m.) Stop for lunch in Kettleman City - choice of fast food restaurants (240 miles North of Las Flores) *Students will need to bring spending money for this meal Dinner to be determined based on time of performance ( pizza dinner included in tour) Perform at adjudicated festival at Milpitas High School in the early evening Festival Performance Advanced Orchestra 6:55 p.m. Festival Performance Concert Orchestra - 7:45 p.m. Festival Performance String Ensemble - 8:35 p.m.
Saturday, April 21, 2012 Breakfast at Hampton Inn (meal included in tour) (8:00 a.m.) Spend the day at California’s's Great America www.pgathrills.com (10:00 - 8:00 p.m.) Lunch in the park (Students will need to bring spending money for this meal) Music in the Parks Gala Awards Ceremony in the early evening at Great America Dinner in the park (meal included in tour)
Sunday, April 22, 2012 Breakfast at Hampton Inn (meal included in tour) (8:00 a.m.) Depart Santa Clara after breakfast (9:30 a.m.) Stop for lunch in Bakersfield - IHOP (meal included in tour) Arrive back at Las Flores in the early evening (appr. 6:00 p.m.) | ||||
